Faith, Prayer, Learning…(London)

07 Feb 2016
St Paul’s Cathedral, Wren Suite

st paulSunday 7th February, 1 – 2pm

There is an Irish saying that it is in the shelter of each other that we live, but in our fragmented, urban societies it can be difficult to find, or offer, shelter to each other.

Pádraig Ó Tuama, Leader of the Corrymeela Community draws on everyday stories, poetry, gospel reflections and Celtic spirituality to open up ways we can make our lives a place of welcome, both for ourselves and others, and live well together in a troubled world.

This lunchtime series is held on the first Sunday of the month in the Wren Suite in the crypt of St Paul’s Cathedral. Some of the liveliest contemporary theologians and spiritual writers speak about the challenges, contradictions and joys of being a Christian in the world today. Each event includes plenty of time for questions and answers. Admission is free and unticketed. Seating is first–come, first–served: please come early to ensure your place!
