Take time out from the rush of modern living to be mindful of the great gift of God’s presence. This day is a follow up to the Retreat Taster Day held in January.
This day of guided prayer is offered as an opportunity to rest, reflect and be renewed . Creative activities will be offered around the theme to aid reflection.
Details: Saturday 21st May, 2016 Corrymeela Centre Ballycastle 10am – 4pm
Cost £25 to include lunch and refreshments
The Day will be led by Revd Ann Irvine who is a retired Anglican Priest from Canterbury Diocese, born in South Africa, now living in Ballycastle. Ann is dedicating her ministry in retirement to Spiritual Direction, leading quiet days and Individually Guided Retreats on request.

Outline of the day:
10.00 Gather for coffee in the foyer of the Croi
10.30 Begin in the Croi: Introduction: stilling exercises, mindfulness, sharing on experiences of guided prayer.
Guided prayer, creative activities.
Lunch
In the afternoon there will be an opportunity to experience more silence.
4.00 Before we go there will be time for a closing conversation where
we will have the opportunity to share our experience of the day if
participants so wish. There will be a 10 minute worship session at some
point.
