International Learning Opportunities

03 Mar 2017

For 50 years, Corrymeela has existed as a place where people come together to find new ways forward in response to conflict. Each year, Corrymeela works with universities from all over the world to share the learning gained from working with people impacted by the conflict in Northern Ireland.
Corrymeela believes that we are all teachers and we are all learners. It is in this environment of reciprocal learning that Corrymeela helps scholars and practitioners from all over the world explore new ways to live well together amidst the challenges of conflict in the 21st century.
Our work with international universities operates on a social innovation model, which means that all income generated by international study trips is invested in local conflict transformation work. By choosing to work with Corrymeela, you will be receiving the learning, accommodation, meals, and trip coordination that will give your group a profound learning experience in Northern Ireland. And, you will be contributing to work with grassroots communities throughout Northern Ireland–– an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference through ethical travel!
Corrymeela develops a unique relationship with each university it hosts. Please be in touch to begin the conversation about how we can learn together. Full details of sample modules and prices can be found here.
