Over the years in Corrymeela, we have learned by doing. The need for a place where people can be together in openness and freedom and still experience that they belong and are accepted is as important as ever. Working and living in real acceptance of each other is still unknown to many in Northern Ireland.
In a context of insecurity, Corrymeela's long experience in youth work, with church groups, with schools and in family and community work remains an essential background and the Corrymeela Centre remains a valuable and flexible resource.
We are convinced that our experiences of working across traditional divisions are now more relevant than ever in informing wider debate about how new institutions and structures should be shaped in Northern Ireland and how we can learn to trust and co-operate together.
Please can you help us continue this vital work? Corrymeela needs to raise over 50% of our income from fundraising. Please help us to raise this money, we sincerely need your help.
