Volunteers With Disabilities

Corrymeela particularly welcomes applications from those with disabilities, learning difficulties or other special needs.  Applicants may be asked to provide details of the nature of their disability so that volunteering opportunities can be created and tailored to meet individual needs.  Corrymeela staff and volunteers are trained in disability awareness and will show creativity and flexibility so that volunteers with disabilities can make an equally effective contribution to the organisation’s work.
