Fundraising Manager
We are looking for a talented fundraiser who can inspire new and existing donors to support our mission and increase our income significantly.
The successful candidate will be able to
- Develop and deliver a fundraising strategy to increase restricted and unrestricted income from supporters, high value donors, trusts, corporates, foundations and institutional donors
- Manage our fundraising database, including training and supporting staff and volunteers, to ensure that data is handled effectively and efficiently and in a way which complies with legal and best practice guidelines.
- Produce regular reports from our database for management and communication activities
- Manage our fundraising budget effectively
With a clear fundraising strategy in place, there is the potential for this role to develop in the future as funding increases.
Salary – £32,233 FTE
Job Type – While we would like to make a full–time appointment, we would be open flexible working requests or job sharing proposals.
Location – Negotiable, but will be expected to regularly work from our Belfast and Ballycastle offices

Cooks
We are recruiting Cooks to join our busy kitchen team who provide meals for over 5,000 people each year at our Ballycastle centre.
As a Cook you’ll prepare, cook and serve meals for groups with different needs. You’ll be able to maintain our excellent food safety and hygiene standards. You’ll have a City & Guilds Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering qualification or equivalent.
Our roles are either full time or part time basis. They are temporary, but could become permanent after the completion of a successful trail. We currently pay £10.16 an hour. You will be required to work some evenings until 7pm and some weekends.

Housekeeper
Our Housekeepers create a clean, sanitary and comfortable surrounding for guests, staff and volunteers. The housekeepers perform a variety of cleaning activities within the buildings at the Corrymeela Centre, including laundry and ensuring all rooms and areas are clean and tidy for all arriving groups.
This role is for 18 – 20 hours per week. It is temporary, but could become permanent after the completion of a successful trial. We currently pay £9.90 an hour. You will be required to work some evenings and some weekends.

Hospitality Support Worker
The Hospitality Support worker ensures that groups at our Ballycastle Centre are safe, comfortable and have a good customer experience. They will deal with security, maintenance, housekeeping, administrative issues which arise and respond to any unexpected incidents such as ad hoc arrivals, fire alarms and first aid. The post–holder therefore will be on site throughout their shift and will be required to stay some overnights.
This is a temporary role until the end of March 2023, with the possibility of extension.
We pay £10.89 an hour, plus a £25 payment when the postholder is staying overnight.
