How far can I book in advance?
We accept bookings for the next 3 three years.
Can I hold dates?
We no longer provide the facility to hold a range of dates. The only way to make a provisional booking is to complete and return an Enquiry Form and request that we enter into the process of making a booking. Cancellation charges only apply within 8 weeks of your arrival date.
If you do not have a provisional booking you should assume we are not holding any dates for your group.
Can I view availability online?
Currently we do not offer this facility but please contact Oona directly +442820761739 or by email and she’ll be glad to help identity available dates with the relevant accommodation capacity.
How many beds are in each unit?
House 25 bedrooms 58 beds and Village 19 bedrooms 38 beds.
How do bedrooms lock?
We do not issues keys to guests and rooms are only lockable from the inside. A safe is available in the main reception for the secure storage of valuable items.
Do you have set arrival or departure times?
We do not, however meals are only available at the set times below and so you might want to schedule your arrival or departure times in line with the times that meals are served.
When do we need to vacate our bedrooms on the day of departure?
We ask all guests to change bed linen, vacate their bedrooms, storing luggage elsewhere as required by 10am on the day of departure.
When are the meal times and can these be changed?
Our default meal times are 0830; 1300 and 1800. These can only be varied upon request and we are not able to guarantee our ability to be flexible.
We have special dietary needs can you accommodate these?
We are adept at meeting dietary needs but we require TWO WEEKS notice in order to ensure our ability to meet your request. Requests made within this timeframe cannot to guaranteed.
We’d like to arrange to drink alcohol is this possible?
Typically we are an alcohol free space and guests who would like to drink alcohol do so offsite in one of Ballycastle’s bars. You can get a taxi to and from the centre for a few pounds. If it is not practical for you to leave the site please make a request to us and we’ll confirm what is possible.
I’ve made a booking and would like to speak directly with the person who is responsible for delivering and / or designing my programme?
It is always possible to chat with someone from the Programme Team but work is not always allocated to individual staff more than 8 weeks in advance of group arrival. Please contact us and we’ll endeavour to answer any questions you have.
I need AV resources for my meeting space are these available?
Some of our spaces have an integrated projector and screen but these resources are not available by default in every meeting space. Please request the required resources and we’ll clarify charges and availability. WE DO NOT provide computers to groups. Please also note that our default connection is VGA and so if you require mini diplay port, hdmi, usb c or other connectivity you must bring your own adapter to connect to our VGA cable.
Do you provide wifi access for all guests?
We offer a limited managed service with a bandwidth cap but please be aware due to our rural location download speeds are limited.
Do you provide towels?
Corrymeela does not provide bath or shower towels but a range of hand drying arrangements are in place in the toilet facilities onsite. Guests should bring their own towel with their personal belongings.
Do you provide bedding?
All bedding is provided for our beds. However if you have requested a cot please bring bedding for those wee ones who will use the cot requested.
We’d like to camp onsite or stay in a motor–home or caravan, is this possible?
We consider all such requests on a case by case basis but this is not a service we offer or have the relevant facilities to support. So it’s not impossible but we do not typically say yes to such requests. Please contact us directly to discuss your unique circumstances: email@example.com

I want to book transport arrangements can you do this for me?
We are able to book transport and this service is subject to an admin fee of 10% of the transport costs.
Why do you ask for my Group name?
We have a tradition of making a ‘welcome poster’ for each group and so we ask for this information so that group members recognise that the poster is designed to welcome then to our shared space.
Is there someone always onsite who can be contacted when we need support or have a question?

When are payments due?
Typically full payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival date although we can be flexible about this depending on your circumstances. Bookings may or may not have a deposit amount depending on our agreement. If there is an agreed deposit we ask for this with your signed Booking Acceptance Form at the time of making a booking. Any additional charges will be Invoiced for following your use of Corrymeela services.
Can I pay in any currency?
No payments must be made in Sterling (GBP).
Can I make a payment by card when I am at Corrymeela?
Yes, we accept payments using VISA and MASTERCARD only. NB> Credit card payments for group bookings are subject to a 3% processing fee.
