Thursday 16th August 2018  – it was our pleasure to welcome a multi–disciplinary team of education and youth practitioners from Brandenburg in Germany. Their visit was part of the Brandenburg Education Ministries explorative visit to Northern Ireland and offered a great opportunity to engage in dialogue with our Programme team and Volunteers.

Community member Debs Irwin facilitated opportunities to share, listen and reflect on our practice of conflict resolution, tolerance and diversity. This explorative exercise was part of a broader visit to Northern Ireland in preparation for the Brandenburg Youth Delegation Programme. This programme will offer young people and youth groups the opportunity to engage in exchange programmes between Northern Ireland and Germany in the near future.

We hope that it will benefit all who participate and foster good relations between our two countries.
