Good Relations Week goes virtual for 2020

Good Relations Week 2020 is going to be a little different this year. It will be a FREE online experience, running from 14 to 21 September 2020. 

The theme for Good Relations Week 2020 is: “Celebrating Our Journey. Embracing Our Future.” And the programme of events will celebrate the efforts of people and communities in tackling sectarianism and racism and promoting cultural diversity in Northern Ireland.

The Community Relations Council is encouraging local charities, voluntary groups and organisations, and statutory bodies to get involved and host an online event or create a piece of digital content that demonstrates the spirit of good community relations in 2020. 

Archive material from the past 30 years of building united communities together is also welcome and could comprise of a compilation video of film footage, photography, or interviews. 

Help us make Good Relations Week 2020 a modern celebration of Northern Ireland’s diverse culture and heritage.
