When Róisín began as a trainee in our kitchen, her confidence was at an all time low. We welcomed her, and she soon began to thrive with the support of our team, headed by William.

Róisín and William’s story is a reminder that we can achieve so much when we work and learn together, regardless of our backgrounds. ‘I love Corrymeela because it’s just like a big family’ says Roisin. 

Since finishing her training, Roisin has been able to find work in the hospitality sector, giving her a steady income and increasing her confidence.

Together really is better.
