Programme Manager – Legacies of Conflict
Permanent 37.5hrs per week
Salary: £34,693 Location: Belfast and/or Corrymeela Centre, Ballycastle. Travel across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe and the United States of America may also be required to meet the needs of Corrymeela. Sponsors: This post is supported by NI Community Relations Council Core Funding Programme and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Reconciliation Fund. Overall Purpose: The 2025 – 2028 Corrymeela Community Strategy Understand Each Other Better, Trust Each Other More acknowledges that in an ever changing and complex world our contribution is ever more essential as we continue to contribute to the work of peace and reconciliation both here in Northern Ireland and in the wider world. Central to this is to welcome and learn from diverse collections of people and organisations both locally and globally as we navigate conflict and the legacies of. Permanent 1950 Annualised Hrs (Equivalent to 37.5hrs per week).
Salary: £32,916
Location: Corrymeela Centre, Ballycastle
Overall Purpose: To manage the smooth running of kitchen operations at the peace and reconciliation centre in Ballycastle, leading the kitchen team in delivering nutritious, high–quality meals for a range of guests.

Join our team this Summer
The Corrymeela Community is now recruiting for the following temporary part–time roles at our Residential Centre in Ballycastle:
Housekeeper
Hours: 6–18 hours per week (flexible)
Contract: Temporary, fixed term
Salary: £12.21 – 12.60 per hour, dependent on experience
Overall Purpose: The Housekeeping Department provides the essential service to the Corrymeela Centre of maintaining and further improving a high level of cleanliness and visitor comfort.
Cook
Hours: 6–18 hours per week (flexible)
Contract: Temporary, fixed term
Salary: £12.21 – £12.86 per hour (dependent on experience)
Overall Purpose: The primary area of responsibility as part of the Kitchen Team is to oversee the preparation, cooking and service of meals to our visitors.
