The Corrymeela Community is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as Volunteer Programme Manager — a permanent, full–time role at the heart of everything we do.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of Corrymeela. This role exists to ensure they are well–supported, well–equipped, and able to contribute fully to our peacebuilding mission and community life. As Volunteer Programme Manager, you’ll be the crucial link between our volunteers, staff and Members — recruiting, training and retaining a dedicated team who make this place what it is.

The Role

Permanent, full–time — 37.5 hours per week Salary: £34,693 Location: The Corrymeela Residential Centre, Ballycastle (some travel may be required)
