We’re hiring a Volunteer Manager to play a central role in the life of our community — recruiting, training, supporting and retaining our dedicated volunteers, and acting as a key link between volunteers, staff and members.

This is a full–time, permanent post based at the Corrymeela Centre in Ballycastle (37.5 hours per week), with a salary of £34,693. The postholder will be accountable to the Head of Programme.

The closing date for applications is Monday 8 June 2026 at 12:00pm. Interviews will take place 17–19 June 2026.
