Bill will be helping Council to undertake a review of the Community’s structure and organisation in the context of the Community’s new Strategic Plan for 2013–16. He will work for six months on a part–time basis (three days a week) alongside Inderjit.

Bill’s appointment will enable Inderjit to concentrate on his key responsibilities as Leader for spiritual leadership, pastoral care and representing Corrymeela in the public square.

Bill is a very experienced Chief Executive, with considerable knowledge of the voluntary and community sector and of change management. He was the Director of Voluntary Service Bureau from 1991 to 2010. Currently he is the part–time Director of the VSB Foundation and Chair of the “Building Change Trust”.
